Project update9 September 2026
Phase one BSR approval achieved at 300 unit high-rise
Woodnut has secured phase one BSR approval at a 300 unit high-rise, with phase two BSR works already in preparation. Works include balcony renewals, replacement of a failing render system and full renewal of a fully glazed cladding system. The initial safety scaffold is installed.

Full BSR approval achieved for Blackheath high-rise
Woodnut is proud to have achieved full BSR approval for a high rise building in Blackheath. The scheme involves fire risk cladding renewal, new insulated roofing, triple glazed windows, renewal of lateral mains, lighting and emergency lighting, HHSRS safety improvement measures, cyclical repairs and refurbishment.

First project in South West London: hospital fire door upgrade
Woodnut is pleased to be branching out to the South West of London. Works are due to commence on our first project in late summer 2026: a full fire door upgrade and replacement programme, utilising our Warrington FIRAS company certification.
